The Tennessee Assn. of REALTORS (TAR) and the Tennessee Real Estate Educational Foundation (TREEF) offer a distance-learning version of the GRI program: E-Class GRI Courses! Every course is approved for 16 hours of CE credit, and you can mix E-Class GRI courses with classroom GRI courses to obtain your GRI designation!
E-Class Courses require no travel on your part! Internet access is required (to download reading materials, and to upload written assignments), although most of your work will be done off-line, on your own.
E-Class Courses feature classes of no more than 20 students, scattered across Tennessee, working together with the guidance of an experienced Instructor-Coach. Each E-Class course is five weeks long, and you'll start and end together with your class.
E-Class Courses feature manageable reading and writing assignments each week, including email with your Instructor-Coach and weekly exchanges with fellow students on a private Internet bulletin board. There is a fixed deadline each week by which assignments must be done, but they can be completed AT YOUR CONVENIENCE prior to the deadline, at times you choose. You never have to be online at the same time as anyone else!
E-Class Courses deal with real-world problems, challenges, and tools - to advance your career, and refine your services to your clients!
